		<description><![CDATA[I like that approach. . .hopefully folk won&#039;t think I&#039;ve &quot;lost it&quot; if I&#039;m seen doing it.  It&#039;s unfortunate how customers leave messages and talk so fast there&#039;s no way to capture the number.  Which makes it more challenging to provide the service excellence they deserve from their HR professional!]]></description>
